Giselle Bali Canggu is looking for a professional and well presented Host/Hostess to join our team.
Candidates must have prior experience in a similar role and be able to communicate in basic English.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests with professionalism
Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently
Maintain an organized and presentable host desk
Communicate clearly with service and kitchen teams
Provide accurate information regarding menu and venue
Ensure guests receive a warm and smooth arrival experience
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as Hostess (F&B preferred)
Able to communicate in basic English
Excellent grooming and hospitality attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in shifts and handle peak hours
Responsible, polite, and well-organized
