HR cum Purchasing Executive

• ⁠to manage HR Department which include recruiting, screening, new hire orientation and interview, employees skill development (co-managed with production HOD), staff personal details, compensation and benefits
• ⁠to arrange all foreign workers matters such as Check-out Memo, renewal of permit and all foreign workers matters
• ⁠to ensure all records are properly written, filed and retained according to procedures

Purchasing⁠

• ⁠to liaise with account department for purchasing matters
• to issue purchase order for all purchases⁠
• ⁠to ensure all items in store are properly kept and records are properly documented

Qualification

• ⁠able to communicate with all level and staff
• ⁠must be computer literate
• ⁠minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity in HR or Purchasing
