Membantu pelaksanaan program training & development untuk seluruh karyawan.
Membantu menyusun jadwal dan kebutuhan training sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing outlet/divisi.
Membantu proses training needs analysis (TNA) dan evaluasi efektivitas training.
Mendukung proses onboarding dan orientasi karyawan baru.
Membantu menyiapkan materi, administrasi, serta dokumentasi training.
Melakukan monitoring dan follow-up terhadap program pengembangan karyawan.
Membantu membuat laporan terkait kegiatan training dan development.
Berkoordinasi dengan HR, Head/Manager, dan tim operasional terkait kebutuhan pengembangan SDM.
