What they need
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee administration, attendance, payroll, BPJS, and labor law / employment regulations
Strong communication skills, integrity with confidential information, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace
Familiarity with HR software and applications (Talenta Mekari)
Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR database
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and HR administration
Assist in payroll and BPJS
Support employee training, disciplinary actions and performance evaluation
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Coordinate HR reports and provide administrative support to management
