Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience in HR

• ⁠ ⁠Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee administration, attendance, payroll, BPJS, and labor law / employment regulations

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Strong communication skills, integrity with confidential information, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team

• ⁠ ⁠Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Familiarity with HR software and applications (Talenta Mekari)

Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR database

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and HR administration

• ⁠ ⁠Assist in payroll and BPJS

• ⁠ ⁠Support employee training, disciplinary actions and performance evaluation

• ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate HR reports and provide administrative support to management
