Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with experience supporting computers, mobile devices, business applications, and AI-powered tools. The role will provide remote technical support, troubleshoot issues, assist with device and application setup, and help users maximize AI and productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote IT support for computers, mobile devices, and applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and mobile issues.
Support iOS and Android devices.
Assist with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and similar platforms.
Configure applications, accounts, and security settings.
Provide user guidance and basic technical training.
Document and resolve support requests.
Qualifications:
2+ years of IT/Technical Support experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with iOS and Android devices.
Familiarity with AI and productivity tools.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
