Requirements:
Basic understanding of written English and ability to write simple English
Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of MS Word and other MS Office tools
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for basic work tasks
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic computer literacy
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential customers
Collect, enter, and organize lead information
Maintain accurate lead databases and spreadsheets
Assist the sales team with lead-generation activities
Use AI tools to support research and daily tasks
Perform basic data-entry and administrative work
