Job Descriptions

• Create and manage class groups (rombel) and sessions in the SCMS system.
• ⁠Set up and manage communication groups for each class.
• ⁠Collect and maintain teacher contact details (WhatsApp and email) from each school.
• ⁠Invite and ensure all students and assigned teachers join their respective groups.
• ⁠Send reminders for class schedules and upcoming sessions.
• ⁠Ensure all students are able to log in and access the LMS before each session starts.
• ⁠Monitor class activities during live teaching sessions.
• ⁠Track and review attendance for each class.
• ⁠Create and manage absence reporting forms.
• ⁠Conduct school visits when required.
• ⁠Document each session for reporting and evaluation purposes.
• ⁠Assist in the preparation and execution of competitions or events.

Job Requirements

• ⁠Strong communication and coordination skills.
• ⁠Detail-oriented and well-organized in managing multiple classes and data.
• ⁠Familiar with basic digital tools (Google Sheets, LMS, communication platforms).
• ⁠Able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• ⁠Proactive and responsive in resolving issues during class operations.
• ⁠Willing to conduct school visits when needed.
• ⁠Able to work independently and manage time effectively as a freelancer.
• ⁠Experience in education, student support, or administrative roles is a plus.
