Logistic Coordinator 物流文員 (3PL, $16.5k)

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse daily clerical support for operations
• ⁠Handle data entry for inbound/outbound orders, inventory updates, and system record maintenance
• ⁠Maintain accurate stock quantities and assist with cargo receiving and release control
• ⁠Provide clerical and administrative support to the supervisor for daily operational needs
• ⁠Perform operational duties for assigned customers and assist with ad‑hoc tasks assigned by senior staff
• Support overtime and additional workdays when required to meet operational demands

Requirements

• Responsible, detail‑minded, and able to follow instructions in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including data entry and general office software
• Strong communication and coordination skills to support daily operational tasks
• ⁠Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory operations is preferred
• SAP knowledge is an advantage

Working Location: Airport

Working hours：Mon to Fri，0900-1800 (5 days work week), possibility to work on Sat

• 支援日常倉行政運作。
• 處理進/出庫訂單資料輸入、庫存更新及系統記錄維護。
• 維持準確的庫存數量，並協助貨物收發及放行控制。
• 為主管提供文書及行政支援，以配合日常運作需要。
• 負責指派客戶的日常操作工作，並協助處理由高級同事安排的臨時任務。
• 按營運需求支援加班及額外工作日。

職位要****求

• 具責任心、細心，能在快節奏的倉庫環境中跟從指示工作。
• 熟悉基本電腦操作，包括資料輸入及一般辦公軟件。
• 具良好溝通及協調能力，以支援日常運作。
• 具備物流、倉務或庫存操作相關工作經驗者優先。
• 具 SAP 系統操作知識者更佳。

工作地點：機場

工作時間：星期一至五，0900-1800五天工作，星期六有機會要返去幫手（會放返假）
