Operation Assistant Manager (Omotesando Bintaro)

• ⁠ ⁠Responsible for all mall operations.

• ⁠ ⁠Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment according to the scheduled period.

• ⁠ ⁠Supervise security, parking, housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Prepare daily and monthly reports on all operational activities.

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain good relationships with third parties.

Requirement:

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in Mall/Property industry).

• ⁠ ⁠Able to work in a team, honest, and responsible.

• ⁠ ⁠Possess good communication skills.

• ⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

• ⁠ ⁠Willing to work in City of Tomorrow.
