Job Summary: Oversee KMACE Towing Services’ daily operations, including fleet, drivers, fuel, scheduling, and dispatch, ensuring efficient operations and timely towing services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily towing operations, including driver scheduling, truck deployment, dispatch, and service response.
2. Manage fleet availability, vehicle maintenance, repairs, and overall truck readiness to minimize downtime.
3. Monitor fuel consumption, usage, and costs to ensure proper and efficient fuel management.
4. Supervise drivers, including attendance, performance, scheduling, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
5. Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure proper assignment of drivers and trucks for each towing request.
6. Monitor ongoing towing operations and resolve operational issues, delays, and emergencies.
7. compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements for drivers and vehicles.
8. Prepare and monitor reports on fleet utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance, driver performance, and daily operations.
9. Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, towing, or similar operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel management, dispatching, and scheduling.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
