Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Oversee KMACE Towing Services’ daily operations, including fleet, drivers, fuel, scheduling, and dispatch, ensuring efficient operations and timely towing services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Oversee daily towing operations, including driver scheduling, truck deployment, dispatch, and service response.

2.⁠ ⁠Manage fleet availability, vehicle maintenance, repairs, and overall truck readiness to minimize downtime.

3.⁠ ⁠Monitor fuel consumption, usage, and costs to ensure proper and efficient fuel management.

4.⁠ ⁠Supervise drivers, including attendance, performance, scheduling, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

5.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure proper assignment of drivers and trucks for each towing request.

6.⁠ ⁠Monitor ongoing towing operations and resolve operational issues, delays, and emergencies.

7.⁠ ⁠compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements for drivers and vehicles.

8.⁠ ⁠Prepare and monitor reports on fleet utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance, driver performance, and daily operations.

9.⁠ ⁠Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service.

Qualifications:

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• ⁠ ⁠Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, towing, or similar operations.

• ⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills.

• ⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel management, dispatching, and scheduling.

• ⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• ⁠ ⁠Good communication and coordination skills.

• ⁠ ⁠Able to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment.

• ⁠ ⁠Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
