What they need
Aevua Med Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable part-time receptionist to join our team. You’ll welcome clients, manage appointments and phone calls and help keep the front desk running smoothly throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and manage check-in and check-out
Answer incoming calls and respond to client messages and inquiries
Schedule, confirm, reschedule appointments
Follow up with clients about appointments and service inquiries
Basic requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Computer use and able to learn scheduling software
Ability to handle multiple tasks during a busy day
Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred; med spa or medical office experience is a plus
Schedule: Part-time; hours shall be discussed in person
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
Work Location: In person
