We are a private family office managing proprietary family capital across a diversified investment portfolio. Our investment activities include listed equities, fixed income, cash and other strategic investment opportunities, with a particular focus on the U.S. and Singapore equity markets.
We take a disciplined and research-driven approach to capital allocation, combining fundamental analysis, quantitative indicators, market intelligence and active risk management.
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to take responsibility for portfolio construction, investment execution, risk management and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Management
Manage and monitor the family office’s investment portfolio in accordance with approved investment objectives and risk parameters.
Develop appropriate portfolio allocation strategies across equities, fixed income, cash and other approved asset classes.
Recommend portfolio positioning based on market conditions, valuation, risk and expected returns.
Continuously review portfolio exposures and identify opportunities for portfolio optimisation.
Maintain appropriate diversification while controlling concentration and downside risk.
2. Equity Investment & Trading Strategy
Identify investment and trading opportunities, particularly within the U.S. and Singapore equity markets.
Evaluate opportunities using fundamental, technical and quantitative analysis.
Develop clear entry price, target price, stop-loss and exit strategies.
Monitor earnings announcements, corporate developments, macroeconomic indicators and market sentiment.
Work with analysts/researchers to translate investment research into actionable portfolio decisions.
3. Quantitative & Data-Driven Investment Process
Incorporate quantitative analysis into the investment decision-making process.
Evaluate trading signals, momentum, volatility, volume, price action and other relevant indicators.
Assess the effectiveness of quantitative models through back-testing and actual portfolio performance.
Maintain appropriate human oversight of model-generated buy and sell signals.
Continuously refine investment parameters based on market conditions and realised results.
4. Risk Management
The Portfolio Manager will have primary responsibility for maintaining investment discipline and protecting family capital.
Responsibilities include:
Establish position-sizing and exposure limits.
Monitor portfolio volatility, drawdowns and concentration risk.
Implement stop-loss and capital-preservation measures.
Conduct scenario and stress testing where appropriate.
Monitor correlations between portfolio positions.
Escalate material investment risks to the Principal promptly.
Ensure investment activities remain within the family office’s approved risk tolerance.
Capital preservation should remain a core consideration when evaluating potential returns.
Investment Decision Process
The Portfolio Manager will prepare investment recommendations covering:
Investment thesis
Entry price
Target return
Investment horizon
Position size

Downside risks
Stop-loss or exit criteria

Material investment decisions will be made within the delegated authority framework established by the Principal/Investment Committee.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor daily portfolio performance and significant market developments.
Maintain accurate records of investment positions, transactions and realised/unrealised returns.
Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio performance reports.
Analyse performance attribution by position, strategy and asset class.
Compare actual performance against relevant benchmarks and internal targets.
Conduct post-investment reviews to determine why individual positions succeeded or failed.
Present portfolio strategy, risks and opportunities to the Principal or Investment Committee.
Research & Market Intelligence
Maintain a strong understanding of global financial markets, particularly U.S. equities.
Monitor Federal Reserve policy, interest rates, inflation, economic indicators and geopolitical developments.
Track company earnings, guidance, analyst revisions and institutional market activity.
Identify emerging sectors and investment themes.
Coordinate with external brokers, research providers, investment banks and other professional advisers where appropriate.

Maintain the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
