Responsibilities:

As a Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding our customers business and technical challenges, and positioning solutions to address those challenges.

Job Description:

• ⁠  ⁠Provide input into business planning process with partner sales team to incorporate field strategy, focus solution and products, and go to market strategy

• ⁠  ⁠Provide presales technical support for the development and implementation of complex offerings and solutions (solution design, RFX response, creating proposal, PoC)

• ⁠  ⁠Serve as a trusted adviser to Red Hat’s customer staff and assist technology stakeholders in setting and delivering on expectations

• ⁠  ⁠Deliver technical product and sales presentations to technical stakeholders at Customers articulating the technical value proposition of Red Hat’s products to technical stakeholders (including product demonstration)

• ⁠  ⁠Respond to technical questions about Red Hat products on a day to day basis from customers

• ⁠  ⁠Represent Red Hat and deliver technical Red Hat solution presentations at industry events that are sponsored/organised by Red Hat

• ⁠  ⁠Become the Red Hat subject matter experts in the company and help to increase Red Hat's mind share

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 3 years of experience in pre-sales or related technical field

• Fluency in English is a plus

• In-depth knowledge of  IT Solution (Infrastructure/ Application)

• In-depth knowledge one of technologies such as cloud, server, storage, networking, security, virtualization, business continuity, disaster recover, etc.

• Preferred to have experience for RedHat Solutions.

• The ability to proficiently communicate clearly, explain concepts and tell a story both verbally and in writing

• The ability and motivation to research and self-learn

• Curiosity, drive and ambition are by far the most important assets
