We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager – DMS (Salesforce) to join our IT team in Bangalore and drive the product strategy, delivery and evolution of our Distributor Management System.
Responsibilities:
Define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for the DMS
Drive end-to-end implementation and multi-market rollout
Own product backlog, prioritization, Agile/Scrum, UAT and release management
Partner with Sales/GT, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and implementation teams
Drive adoption, continuous improvement and business value
Requirements:
8–10+ years in Product Management / BRM / DMS / SFA
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration
Knowledge of Heroku preferred
Experience in Agile/Scrum and end-to-end project lifecycle management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
DMS/SFA, secondary sales, schemes & claims experience preferred
Salesforce certification and SAP/ERP integration experience are a plus
Pay: ₹778,454.29 - ₹2,300,574.95 per year
