Project Manager – Customer Experience (CX)

We are looking for a Project Manager to independently manage end-to-end Customer Experience, Market Research, and Field Audit projects.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Manage projects from client enquiry to final delivery.
• ⁠ ⁠Handle client communication, requirements, meetings, follow-ups, and escalations.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare proposals, quotations, project plans, questionnaires, and presentations.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate recruitment, briefing, training, assignment, and management of field researchers.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor fieldwork, deadlines, visit completion, and project progress.
• ⁠ ⁠Conduct quality checks and validation of submitted evaluations, photos, receipts, recordings, and supporting evidence.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate corrections and ensure accurate, high-quality data and deliverables.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate reports, dashboards, presentations, and final client submissions.
• ⁠ ⁠Track project costs, reimbursements, invoices, advances, and payment milestones.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain project trackers, documentation, and SOPs.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠3+ years’ experience in Project Management, Market Research, Customer Experience, Operations, or related fields.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and deadlines.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of projects.
• ⁠ ⁠UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
