Job Title: Quick Commerce Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification : BCA in Computer Science

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Quick Commerce growth specialist to support our rapid-delivery platform operations (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now).

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Manage Quick Commerce Operations like Create & update product catalogues, inventory availability, promotions and sponsor ads

• ⁠ ⁠Monitor and report key operational metrics (stockouts, fill rates, turnaround time).

• ⁠ ⁠Identify and flag operational or inventory issues to senior management for corrective action.

• ⁠ ⁠Connect to support team for all issues (outstanding payments, purchase order correction / request)

Skills & Qualifications

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 1.years of relevant experience in Quick Commerce, e-commerce business & operations, supply chain, logistics, or related field. ( Previous Exp in Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now)

• ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cataloging and reporting.

• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• ⁠ ⁠Willing to travel within India to meet Quick Com category team

• ⁠ ⁠Opportunity to grow within the Quick Commerce / E-commerce operations domain.
