R&D Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Design and develop schematic, PCB layout, and Bill of Materials from prototype to mass production.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Verification, testing & analyze technical issues and drive the resolution.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate with firmware engineers, ID/MD engineers, and other tech support personnel.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Create and maintain documents and specification of the hardware.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Conduct a research on new technology and platform if needed.

Qualification Requirement :

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Have a background Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or other relevant technical fields.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Min. 5–8 years of experience in device development, product development, or hardware engineering.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Min. 2–3 years of experience as a Manager or Lead engineer.

• ⁠ Experienced in IOT 4G development

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Strong understanding of: Hardware and embedded systems, Firmware and basic software integration & Device architecture and system design.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Hands-on experience with: PCB design and manufacturing processes, Prototyping and mass production, Product testing, validation, and certification (CE,FCC, ISO, or equivalent).

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Familiar with: Agile / Scrum in product development, Product Requirement Documents (PRD), & Risk assessment and quality control.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Solid understanding of supply chain, vendor management, and manufacturing partners.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to lead cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, QA, product).

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Strong capabilities in: Project planning and execution, Budgeting and cost control, & Timeline and resource management

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Effective communication skills (technical and non-technical) & Highly adaptable to fast-changing technology and business environments.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠Fluent in English (spoken and written) & proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• ⁠ ⁠⁠And Also Fluent in Chinese Language ( Preferred)
