Recruitment Staff

Job description :

• ⁠ ⁠Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening with selected candidates

• ⁠ ⁠Handle mass hiring for various positions to meet client's need

• ⁠ ⁠Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate screening call and pre interview schedule

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker or system (smartsheet)

• ⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit daily or weekly recruitment reports

• ⁠ ⁠Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company SOPs and recruitment standards

Qualifications:

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field

• ⁠ ⁠Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

• ⁠ ⁠Male is preferred

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• ⁠ ⁠Experience handling mass hiring and multiple vacancies simultaneously

• ⁠ ⁠Able to work under hiring targets and in a fast-paced environment

• ⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills

• ⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented and organized in managing recruitment data and processes

• ⁠ ⁠Proficient in English, both spoken and written
