KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

⁠ ⁠Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns & online research for lead generation

⁠ ⁠Identify, qualify and convert potential customers

⁠ ⁠Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong client relationships

⁠ ⁠Understand company products/services and communicate their value effectively

⁠ ⁠Execute sales strategies and campaigns

⁠ ⁠Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM

⁠ ⁠Track sales performance and prepare reports

⁠ ⁠Research market trends, competitors and new business opportunities

⁠ ⁠Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

⁠ ⁠Collect customer feedback and maintain updated records

REQUIRED SKILLS

Fluent in English & Tamil – Speaking and Writing

Ability to speak Hindi & Telugu required

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Strong internet research & keyword-based data searching skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Target-oriented and willing to handle sales targets

Adobe Photoshop knowledge – Added Advantage
