Sales & Business Development Manager

Please note that this role requires the Store Manager to undergo a period of product and sales training in Singapore. Upon successful completion of the training, the Store Manager will be based in Kuala Lumpur (KL) for the role.

Job scope:

1. ⁠Sales & Revenue

• Drive KL branch sales and monthly revenue targets
• Handle high-value customers and key accounts
• Follow up and close sales leads
• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and contractors

2.⁠ ⁠Team Building

• Recruit and groom new sales staff
• Train salespeople on 8DOORS products and selling techniques
• Set KPIs and monitor performance
• Build the KL sales team from the ground up

3.⁠ ⁠Site & Installation Management

• Attend installation sites
• Coordinate between customers, installers and the factory
• Resolve site issues and customer complaints
• Ensure installations meet 8DOORS standards

4.⁠ ⁠Business Development

• Establish partnerships with ID firms, architects, contractors and developers
• Identify new projects and sales channels
• Develop B2B opportunities
• Expand the 8DOORS presence in Malaysia

5.⁠ ⁠Brand Representation

• Act as the face of 8DOORS in Kuala Lumpur
• Represent the brand at meetings, exhibitions and industry events
• Maintain the premium positioning of 8DOORS
• Build relationships with key industry players

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and great coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to commit to working on weekends.
• Knowledge of renovation or interior design is a bonus.
• Required language (English & Chinese Mandarin) in order to communicate with chinese speaking customer and associates
• Salary included basic + commission + tier bonus, basic salary will be paid based on experiences
