SALES COORDINATOR

We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated Printing Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order coordination. The successful candidate should be organised, customer-focused and able to manage each assigned job from enquiry through completion.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Handle customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone calls.
• ⁠ ⁠Understand customers’ printing requirements, specifications, quantities and required timelines.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
• ⁠ ⁠Recommend suitable printing materials, finishing and options based on customers’ needs.
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up on quotations, order confirmations, payments and other outstanding matters.
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate confirmed orders with the relevant internal teams.
• ⁠ ⁠Understand the requirements and workflow of each assigned job.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor and maintain accurate status for all assigned enquiries and orders.
• ⁠ ⁠Identify outstanding actions and follow up accordingly to ensure jobs progress smoothly.
• ⁠ ⁠Keep track of what action is required next for each job and follow through until completion.
• ⁠ ⁠Update job status promptly and ensure completed jobs are properly updated and closed.
• ⁠ ⁠Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding order requirements and updates.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional customer service.
• ⁠ ⁠Manage multiple customer enquiries, quotations and ongoing orders efficiently.
• ⁠ ⁠Work towards individual sales targets and company sales objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in sales, customer service, account servicing or a related role is preferred.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience in the printing industry or commercial printing will be an advantage.
• ⁠ ⁠Good communication and customer service skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Confident communicating with customers via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• ⁠ ⁠Able to understand customer requirements and prepare quotations accurately.
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable following up with customers and closing orders.
• ⁠ ⁠Able to understand job instructions, workflow and job status clearly.
• ⁠ ⁠Able to identify what action is required next and follow through until the job is completed.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong organisational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs at different stages.
• ⁠ ⁠Responsible for keeping assigned job statuses accurate and up to date.
• ⁠ ⁠Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• ⁠ ⁠Good spoken and written English.
• ⁠ ⁠Able to handle Chinese-language customer enquiries when required.
• ⁠ ⁠Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• ⁠ ⁠Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• ⁠ ⁠Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• ⁠ ⁠Training on our printing products and specifications will be provided.
