We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and result driven professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and solid connections with agencies and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and partner agencies across Dubai.

• ⁠ ⁠Drive property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.

• ⁠ ⁠Conduct property presentations, meetings, and client follow-ups.

• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM teams to convert leads into successful deals.

• ⁠ ⁠Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• ⁠ ⁠Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai market experience is essential).

• ⁠ ⁠Strong network of agents and agencies in the Dubai market.

• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• ⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.

• ⁠ ⁠Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
