Sales Manager - Logistics

Job Purpose:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven sales professionals skilled in Air Freight business to onboard new customers, grow key accounts, and drive profitable logistics business across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for Air Freight services
• ⁠ ⁠Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• ⁠ ⁠Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• ⁠ ⁠Promote customized air freight and logistics solutions
• ⁠ ⁠Manage key customer accounts and ensure long-term retention
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
• ⁠ ⁠Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across logistics services
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands

Qualification & Experience:

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• ⁠ ⁠5+years experience in Air Freight sales / Freight Forwarding industry
• ⁠ ⁠Proven track record in onboarding new customers and business development
• ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of import/export and air cargo operations
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• ⁠ ⁠Target-driven with strong commercial acumen
