Position Overview: On-site Only
We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Web Development Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our online presence. In this role, you will own end-to-end technical SEO, Webflow site restructuring, content optimization, and high-quality backlink acquisition to drive organic traffic and inbound consulting leads.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Webflow Development & Architecture:
Restructure and optimize the existing Webflow site architecture for improved user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
Implement and maintain a robust internal linking structure to maximize search engine crawlability and page authority distribution.
Conduct quarterly Core Web Vitals optimization and perform monthly speed/technical site maintenance.
Manage and create content for the social media account and website of the company
Draft and edit high‑quality English, Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional copy for website, brochures, presentations, email, and social media
Search Engine Optimization (SEO, GEO & AI SEO):
Conduct comprehensive SEO keyword research, building and targeting.
Perform monthly custom SEO competitor monitoring and market analysis.
Execute monthly off-page SEO campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks per month.
Content & Visual Enhancements:
Upload and format web content, creating custom infographics as needed to enhance engagement and explain complex visa procedures.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Set up, configure, and maintain Google Analytics (GA4) tracking to monitor conversion goals and user behavior.
Deliver monthly SEO performance reports and quarterly Core Web Vitals audits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in technical SEO, link building, and keyword clustering strategies.
Strong hands-on experience with Webflow development and CMS management.
Experience creating custom graphics (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) for infographics.
Proficient with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Knowledge of the Hong Kong business, immigration, or consulting sector is a plus.
