Service Engineer

The Service Engineer is responsible for the commissioning of new products, servicing & troubleshooting of installed products and customer and distributor training

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate work with project teams of Installation & commissioning on site.
• ⁠ ⁠Perform preventive maintenance activities, cycle parts replacement to minimize downtime.
• ⁠ ⁠Diagnose and resolve technical faults in Uninterruptible Power Systems, transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and control systems.
• ⁠ ⁠Document maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs.
• ⁠ ⁠Comply with safety protocols (e.g., Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act).
• ⁠ ⁠Respond promptly to emergencies and power outages.
• ⁠ ⁠Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Experience: 3–5 years in uninterrupted power system or a related critical infrastructure industrial setting.
• ⁠ ⁠Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools (Multimeters, Current Clamp), and working with HV/LV systems.
• ⁠ ⁠Certifications: WSQ-Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health in Construction/Process plant/Shipyard in preferred.
• ⁠ ⁠Physical Ability: Comfortable working in construction, Electrical room, and lifting up to 20kg.
• ⁠ ⁠Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• ⁠ ⁠Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed.
• ⁠ ⁠Class 3 driving license is preferred
