What they need
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the required standards.
The ideal candidate should be willing to work on-site, have good communication skills, and be able to manage workers and daily site activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily site activities and operations.
Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
Monitor workers’ attendance, productivity, and work progress.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues or safety concerns.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials at the site.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other relevant parties.
Prepare daily site reports and provide updates on work progress.
Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe.
Monitor and report any delays, defects, or site issues to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety procedures.
Perform other site-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Male candidate, preferably Malay.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in site supervision or a related construction/site operations role.
Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Able to supervise workers and manage day-to-day site activities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Willing to work at different site locations when required.
Able to work in a physically demanding site environment.
Possess a valid driving licence is an advantage.
Transportation is provided by the company.
