- Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategy is competitive
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to optimize ROI
