Software QA Agent

About the Role :

You will own software quality across our web platform, CRM and internal tools. Ensure Quality and security testing across our web platform, partner portal, GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and marketing integrations.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Write test plans and test cases; run functional, regression and exploratory testing.

⁠ ⁠Build automated UI and API tests and run them in the CI/CD pipeline.

⁠ ⁠Test our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM end to end: lead capture, pipelines, workflows and automations, forms, calendars and reporting.

⁠ ⁠Validate Meta integrations (Lead Ads, Pixel/Conversions API, Messenger, WhatsApp Business) and data sync with GHL.

⁠ ⁠Run security testing against the OWASP Top 10, including authentication, access control and API security.

⁠ ⁠Check that personal data is protected and privacy features meet global laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, PDPA and the Philippine Data Privacy Act).

⁠ ⁠Verify payments, commissions, multi-currency and localisation for international users.

⁠ ⁠Log and track defects, and report on release readiness.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

⁠ ⁠1+ years of QA experience on web applications.

⁠ ⁠Experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, and API testing with Postman or similar.

⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), or a similar CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and Meta integrations.

⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of web security testing (OWASP) and data-privacy principles.

⁠ ⁠Basic SQL, Git and CI/CD experience.

⁠ ⁠Fluent in English

⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to work independently in a remote, international team.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
