Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute compelling focal-point displays using strong Visual Merchandising (VM) principles, including hot spots, eye-level strategy, and visual hierarchy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable reading sales/performance data (GMV, productivity, conversion) and translating insights into actionable display strategies
Monitor and analyze display performance to identify opportunities for improving conversion and category productivity.
Regularly refresh and optimize displays based on sales performance, customer behavior, and business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; Architecture, Interior Design, or related design fields are preferred.
- Strong interest in commercial retail and Visual Merchandising, with an understanding of how visual execution can support business and sales objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate display effectiveness and translate insights into improvements.
- Experience or exposure to retail Visual Merchandising is preferred; furniture or home & living retail experience is a plus.
