Walk-in Sales Representative - Yaba

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
• ⁠ ⁠Understand customers’ packaging needs and recommend suitable products.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• ⁠ ⁠Convert customer enquiries into sales.
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries.
• ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• ⁠ ⁠Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure the showroom is clean, well-arranged, and products are properly displayed.
• ⁠ ⁠Resolve customer complaints professionally or escalate where necessary.
• ⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Inventory and Packaging Departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum of OND in any discipline.
• ⁠ ⁠Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales, customer service, retail, or business development.
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• ⁠ ⁠Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience in retail, packaging, or FMCG sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
