工作职责
- 与医疗保健团队成员协商和协调，以评估、计划、实施和评估患者护理计划
- 为患者/手术准备手术室
- 进行术前和术后教育
- 与手术团队、患者和家属保持良好的沟通。
- 以适当的格式和适当的表格及时、准确、完整地记录所有护理信息
- 与其他专业学科合作，以确保提供有效的患者护理并实现患者期望的结果。
- 护士与患者和重要他人进行有效互动，同时保持专业护理标准。
- 执行分配的其他与职位相关的职责，具体取决于分配设置
- 完成护士长分配的其他任务
任职要求
- 大专护理专业以上学历
- 有效中国注册护士执照
- 7年以上国内二甲以上手术室护理工作经验
- 根据临床需要具备足够的手术室护理技能
