该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、负责研究并拓展健康险互联网创新保险模式，带领团队开拓互联网保险、互联网医疗健康服务等相关渠道平台，建立业务合作 2、负责带领团队，联动相关部门完成互联网创新保险产品的设计、开发，协调各类资源，管理工作进度，确保团队达成整体业务目标 3、负责带领团队，对现有合作互联网渠道深度经营，监控运营投产数据，持续优化迭代产品，拓展业务增长 4、负责管理团队，对业务团队的日常管理、培训、考核，提高业务人员对创新业务互联网渠道的拓展认识与力度 任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，金融、保险、精算相关专业优先 2、5-10年相关工作经验，具有丰富的与互联网保险销售渠道、互联网医疗健康服务平台的合作经验，具备一定互联网渠道资源 3、拥有优秀的团队管理和领导能力，能够带领团队完成各项业务目标
