What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、产品开发：根据公司整体产品策略和渠道产品需求，联动渠道、医健等部门，参与新产品形态拟定和费率测算，与关联部门讨论并确定产品形态及费率。 2、产品准入与报备：完成产品准入相关文档的编制，推动产品准入沟通；完成新产品的报备，包括条款审查、模型搭建、精算报告撰写等。 3、产品管理：定制产品及重点产品的经验分析，识别产品运营过程中的偏差和风险，并提出合理化建议。 4、产品上市支持：支持其他部门完成产品相关工作，包括产品上线测试、商品组合审查、宣传材料审核等。 任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，精算/数学/统计等相关专业 2、熟练使用SQL语言,熟练掌握Excel / Word / PPT / VBA 等办公软件 3、具备保险产品开发或定价相关工作经验，同时具备寿险和健康险产品开发经验优先 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通和协调能力及团队合作意识
