定期進行家訪及評估服務質素；為社區保姆提供培訓、指導及支援；統籌中心托管小組活動；設計及帶領兒童（包括SEN）及家長訓練課程。
中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級/中學會考五科考獲E級或以上程度（必領包括中、英文）、註冊幼兒工作員、合格幼稚園教師、幼兒教育高級文憑或同等學歷以上。熟悉辦公室軟件應用；具支援SEN兒童經驗者優先。通過「性罪行定罪紀錄查核」。東區及跨區。
