该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责当站设备人员的技能培训，完善人员梯队； 2.负责当站设备文件的制定及修改，如SOP，PM list等，确保设备资料的完整及传承； 3.负责当站设备日常保养及异常维修，确保产线正常生产； 4.负责当站设备的效率提升及成本降低工作，确保降本增效工作持续进行； 5.负责当站新机台的搬入及装机工作，确保扩产工作按时达成； 6.负责当站设备耗材及备件的整理及准备工作，确保机台的Uptime，MTTR，MBTF达到目标； 7.上级交办的其他事项。 任职要求： 1.本科及以上毕业，电子，材料，机械自动化等专业优先； 2.英语四级，可进行日常沟通和交流 3.熟练使用Excel，PPT等软件。 4. 前期能够适应倒班的工作节奏
