- 负责新药非临床研究项目的整体规划与执行，确保项目按计划推进
- 协调跨部门资源，解决项目实施过程中的技术、时间及资源冲突问题
- 监控项目进度，定期生成项目报告并向管理层汇报关键节点完成情况
- 协助建立项目管理体系，优化新药研究项目的流程与标准
任职要求：
- 硕士学历，医药、生物或项目管理相关专业应届毕业生
- 了解新药非临床研究流程，具备GLP规范基础知识者优先
- 具有较强的逻辑分析能力、沟通协调能力和问题解决能力
- 适应快节奏工作环境，能承受项目执行期的阶段性压力 5. 英语良好，具有良好的英文文献阅读和写作能力
