香港九龍塘基督教中華宣道會辦學宗旨為培育學生「靈、德、智、體、群、美」六育均衡發展。現誠聘具奉獻及承擔精神、能落實以基督教理念辦學、並實踐本會辦學宗旨之校長。申請人須具備教育理想、豐富教學及行政經驗，認同本會之教育理念與辦學宗旨，能有效推行教育改革及領導學校發展，並能與教師、學生、家長建立良好的團隊及與社區建立良好的伙伴關係。此外：
- 申請人須具認可大學學位兼教育文憑或同等學歷；
- 符合教育局擔任資助中學校長之要求及專業資格，已獲校長資格認證者優先考慮。
