- 根据客户需求进行试模，验证注塑工艺可行性
- 注塑工艺参数调整与优化，解决试模工艺问题
- 配合销售进行客户技术交流和方案讲解
- 输出试模报告，提供工艺建议
- 跟踪注塑行业新工艺、新材料 任职要求： 岗位要求：
- 本科学历，机械、材料成型及控制工程、高分子材料与工程、化学工程等理工科专业
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，会CAD/SolidWorks优先
- 工作积极主动，做事踏实认真，有责任心
- 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
- 能够适应出差，有较强的学习能力和抗压能力
