1、硕士及以上，硕士优先，微电子、集成电路、电子技术、电气工程、半导体等相关专业； 2、熟练运用电脑进行数据、图表处理； 3、责任心强、自驱力强、善于总结、有钻研精神、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
