该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、利用有限元分析新产品或新材料的结构应力和翘曲，协助进行风险评估并优化产品设计； 2、 协助开发先进封装热、流体、电仿真能力； 3、 负责维护材料及仿真数据库。 岗位要求： 1、2027届电子封装或材料类专业硕士及以上应届毕业生； 2、熟悉半导体先进封装工艺，具备有限元仿真课题或项目经验； 3、会使用有限元分析工具如ANSYS、COMSOL、ABAQUS等，图纸工具如CAD及其他数据分析工具； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力。
