该职位来源于猎聘 工艺： 1、负责所属工艺日常维护，包含：扩散、薄膜、注入、湿法、外延、光刻、刻蚀、测试等； 2、建立制程工艺参数，工作指导规则，纠正以及防范的规则； 3、建立新的制程工艺和进行新的制程开发； 4、建立统计制程控制系统，监控制程工艺。 任职要求： 1、微电子、集成电路、物理、光学、化学、材料等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、积极的学习态度，良好的解决问题能力； 3、英语四级及以上,有较好的英文听说读写能力。
