该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位职责】 1.应用项目部件设计：负责应用项目中电机及传动系统相关部件的结构设计，完成3D 建模、2D工程图及 BOM 输出，确保设计满足客户应用需求及产品技术规范； 2.传动系统设计与匹配：参与传动方案设计，完成齿轮、轴、轴承等传动部件的选型与计算，确保传动系统满足转矩、转速、效率及 NVH 等性能要求； 3.产品工程化推进：负责产品从设计到量产的工程化转化，开展 DFM/DFA 可制造性分析，制定装配工艺要求，解决试制及量产过程中的结构设计问题； 4.设计验证与问题闭环：参与样机测试及台架验证，跟踪试验结果，对失效问题进行根因分析并落实设计改进，确保产品可靠性与耐久性达标。 【任职要求】 专业：机械、电气 知识技能/工具/语言：在校具有电机项目经验
