该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容： 1.16S rRNA基因、宏基因组和宏转录组等环境微生物宏组学数据分析； 2.生物信息学数据和微生物功能关联分析和解读； 3.挖掘公共及临床数据，建立生物标记物的关联分析； 4.专业技术报告撰写。 任职要求： 1.2027年硕士毕业生，生物信息/生物统计/微生物学/免疫学等相关专业； 2.熟练掌握NGS数据分析的原理、流程和工具使用； 3.熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练使用R/Python/Perl/Java等主流编程语言，进行生物信息数据处理和分析； 4. 掌握回归、聚类、分类、降维等机器学习的基本算法，有深度学习经验者优先； 5. 具备熟练的英文阅读、沟通和写作能力。 上班地点
