What they need
工作职责：
独立设计并开展体外（In vitro）代谢稳定性、渗透性、血浆蛋白结合率及转运体等筛选实验。
负责外包（CRO）项目的日常沟通、实验进度跟踪及原始数据审核，确保体内外PK研究高质量按时交付。
与药物化学（MedChem）、生物学（Biology）及毒理学团队紧密配合，协同推进小分子项目的临床前开发进程。
任职要求
- 药代动力学、药物分析、药理学相关专业博士学位。参与过小分子药物研发项目为加分项
2、出色的项目沟通与协作能力。
- 熟练的英文听说读写能力。
