- 参与芯片DFT方案的规划与设计，协同团队制定可测性设计方案；
- 负责扫描链设计、内建自测试、ATPG生成及相关验证工作；
- 完成DFT相关时序与功耗分析，并推动问题收敛；
- 开展DFT前后仿真验证，确保测试覆盖完整性。
任职要求： 1.微电子、电子科学与技术、电气工程、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2. 具备数字集成电路相关背景，了解DFT基本原理与流程；
- 了解常用DFT工具链，掌握扫描测试、MBIST、ATPG等技术；
- 具备电路分析与问题定位能力；
