该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 负责研发平台光源/模型的验证：包括光源条件仿真，使用CD-SEM机台收集工艺窗口数据并分析验证； 2. 负责OPC数据收集和模型建立：从OPC测试图形设计开始，到模型数据收集分析，光学&光阻模型建立，OPC菜单建立以及优化，并最终保证mask出版顺利完成； 3. 协助解决OPC相关问题：针对客户/器件的不同设计进行silicon数据验证并优化OPC菜单，并维护至最新OPC菜单里； 4. 负责OPC国产化软件工具评估测试，生成测试报告； 5. 负责量产平台中新产品出版过程中OPC修正的相关工作，保证新产品顺利出版 任职要求： 1.学历：硕士及以上 2.专业：物理/光学/计算机等相关理工科专业，具有一定编程基础 3. 具备较强的逻辑分析能力、协调和执行能力 4. 具备较强的团队合作精神和抗压能力 5. 具备良好的英文听说读写能力
