该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.系统学习MIM三大工序：注射、烧结、整形的专业技能，熟悉设备操作及工艺原理； 2.参与新项目开发，负责制定下凡新项目的工艺及SOP； 3.参与部门内的技术升级工作； 4.协助NPI/生产解决项目生产过程中的难点； 5.负责技术研发升级过程中需求的机械设计方案输出：如模具、工装、检治具、设备等； 6.负责研发过程中的图纸、验证报告等资料的整理； 7.完成领导交代的工作； 任职要求： 1、学历背景：本科学历及以上 2、理论基础：机械设计或自动化等理工科相关专业 3、技能要求：具备较好的数学逻辑和分析能力、熟练掌握UG/Solidwroks等绘图软件； 4、语言能力：良好的英语听说写 5、能力素质：良好的沟通能力、抗压力和逻辑思维
