该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责: (1)商户经营分析:整理、分析合作商户经营数据，对商户进行预警分级，储备品牌资源:定期完成品牌市场调研工作; (2)品牌资源维护:潜在品牌资源跟进与维护、挖掘新生品牌; (3)广场招商调整:配合招商经理完成广场招商调整任务;参与品牌治谈，跟进品牌意向签约、招商落位; (4)日常经营管理:配合完成商户日常租金、物业费的收缴工作;参与招商推广方案策划及宣导。 任职要求: (1)本科及以上学历 (2)热爱生活，对商业感兴趣，有志于从事商业管理行业 (3)对数据敏感，擅长数据分析，对品牌研究有一定的兴趣 (4)沟通表达能力、逻辑思维能力、执行力、团队协作能力强，有较高的职业追求 (5)擅长使用AI工具，可运用AI工具辅助提升工作效率 (6)加分项:有商业相关实习经验
